You may remember last year we covered the story of Ard na Deirge, the partially completed development in Killaloe on which a number of units were purchased before it was abandoned for an 8-year period. Following long and complex discussions with receivers, financial institutions, bond holders and a new purchaser, a very satisfactory outcome has been achieved which will ensure that the development will shortly be completed to a very high standard. John spoke with John Walsh the developer who took over the estate and John Ryan one of the residents who will be moving into their new home in the coming days.
