Kilrush woman Therese Young also joined the show and was live in studio to talk about her battle with weight loss.
In 2008 Therese weighed 26 stone but went on to lose 14 stone in under a year – even more impressively she has kept it off for over three years now. She puts it down to exercise and healthy eating.  Therese began gaining weight from her 20’s onwards, more so when she got a car, and said before that she was active every day with walking to work and home for lunch. Over the years she tried all sorts of ways to lose weight – but Motivation Weight Loss was what worked for her ultimately. Therese is also an active fundraiser and organiser with the RNLI in Kilrush.

John Murphy from the Clare branch of Birdwatch Ireland was also in studio to answer your bird and wildlife queries.
