Swimmers in the Doolin area are being urged to steer clear of the water when Dusty the Dolphin is in the area.
While Dusty has been a common sight off the Clare coast for well over a decade now, she has been making headlines in recent weeks after four reported incidents in which people have been injured after coming into contact with the mammal.
In the latest incident, on Sunday evening, a woman was charged by the bottlenose as she left the water after a swim leaving her badly bruised and shocked.

Gavin discussed this with Joan Reilly of Doolin Tourism and Vanessa Fagan Vanhorn who is studying to be a marine biologist and is part of the Dolphin Days Ireland group
She urged people to understand the dolphins need to be left alone as they are wild mammals
See Dolpin Days Ireland page on facebook and send them queries.

8 Munster rugby players will be dropped in Kilkee today and have to make their way to Cork without money or transport
