Workplaces in Clare are said to be reaping the benefits of headhunting.
According to new research FRS Recruitment, 1 in 2 workers in Clare have been headhunted in the last 12 months.
As well as this, just over 50% of people in Clare believe changing jobs is the most effective way to secure pay rises and develop their careers further.
