Concerns Raised Over Clare Road Signage

There are calls for increased signage to promote tourist attractions across Clare as a follow up to the wild atlantic way. 

Work is underway on completing the M18 which will link shannon airport to Galway – however councillors there have been told billboards on the route will not include mentions of the Burren lowlands and other scenic sights.

The new driving route of the Wild Atlantic Way is said to be proving successful in Clare in particular.
