The Shannon College of Hotel Management is hopeful of securing an influx of international visitors, after playing host to top Chinese executives this week.
The senior figures work for the Gloria Hotels & Resorts Group, which has 63 four and five star hotels in Asia, and travelled from China to Clare to learn the ‘Irish way’ of hospitality.
