Labour Deputies Put Forward Aer Lingus Motion

Eight Labour TDs including the party's representative in Clare are expected to submit a motion raising concerns about IAG's bid for Aer Lingus at the party's conference this weekend.

According to The Irish Times Michael McNamara and six deputies from Dublin and Meath's Dominic Hannigan are all named on the motion.

It's understood the TDs will demand that a series of "strict conditions" be met before Labour will consider supporting the Aer Lingus deal.
