A man in his late twenties remains in a serious condition in hospital following a road accident near the Clare-Galway border.
The 29 year old, believed to be from the East Galway area, was the passenger in a car which was involved in the crash at Derryoober near Woodford on the main Portumna-Scariff Road at 4:00 this morning.
