Residents in South-East Clare and beyond are being invited to have their say on a controversial road planned for the area.
The Council is seeking to incorporate the proposed Limerick Northern Distributor Road into development plans for Clare and for South Clare and are holding a public event about it at the Radisson Blu Hotel this evening.

The road would connect the Coonagh Roundabout with the old LImerick/Dublin Road and includes a link road to UL, but opponents say it will dissect the village of Parteen, and fear it could lead to increased issues of flooding.
