A number of protests will take place in Limerick, Cork and Dublin today against violence against women.
They will be held at Grand Parade in Cork at midday, the Spire in Dublin at 1pm and a Limerick rally at 3pm at Bedford Row.
The socialist feminist group ROSA has organised the demonstrations in solidarity with Natasha O’Brien, who was attacked by a serving soldier from Clare who later received a fully suspended sentence.
