Shannon Group has signed a "Memorandum Of Understanding" with China's Guangdong Airport Authority, aimed at developing business links between the two bodies.
The agreement looks at strengthening ties between the region and the airports in the Guangdong province as well as promoting close co-operation in areas including cross-border investment, E-commerce and logistics.

It follows a visit of a delegation from the Yunnan Province to Clare earlier this week aimed at progressing a "friendship agreement" signed in 2015.
