Clonlara and Crusheen eyeing Clare SHC Final spot

The first finalist in the 2014 Clare Senior Hurling Championship will be decided this evening as Clonlara take on Crusheen in Cusack Park.

The south east Clare side are unbeaten so far in this years championship, and overcame O'Callaghans Mills with ease in the quarter final, winning by 3-20 to 2-11.

Manager Kevin Galvin says he's not concerned that his side are yet to be tested.

Crusheen meanwhile came through the Group of Death in this years championship, accounting for county champions Sixmilebridge and Kilmaley along the way.

They also took down Newmarket in their quarter final clash, but manager John Carmody thinks another tough challenge awaits.
