Dublin are All-Ireland Football Champions

Dublin have been crowned All Ireland senior football champions for the third time in five years.

The Dubs led for the majority of the game after going in at the break with a 4 point cushion.

Despite a ring of half time changes, Eamonn Fitzmaurice couldn't arrest Dublin's progress.

Final score Dublin 12 points to Kerry 9 points.

The curtain raiser there was the minor final between Kerry and Tipperary at half-one, where Kerry ran out 4-14 to 6 point winners.
