The last three champions are among those who were already assured of a quarter final spot as Kilmurry Ibrickane, Miltown and Cratloe along with Ennistymon all won their opening two rounds.
Those four teams will be be in one pot for tonight’s draw and will take on one of the Round Three winners from this weekend.
Among them are last years beaten finalists Clondegad after they beat Kilmihil while Eire Óg are also in that side of the draw after easing past St Breckans.
Corofin provided the shock of the round as they got the better of Lissycasey while Cooraclare hit the last six points of the game to take victory over Doonbeg
Repeat pairings will be avoided as far as is possible with the draw getting underway at Clare GAA Headquarters in Clareabbey from 6.30pm
