Everton will play host to Chelsea today in first game of the afternoon in the Barclays Premier League after the international break.

Both sides have endured lacklustre starts to the new season, with Everton taking five points from their opening four games – leaving them a point ahead of the defending champions.

Chelsea have also suffered a further set-back to their title defence after yesterday's news that goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois is facing three months out of action with a knee injury.

Kick-off at Goodison Park today is at 12:45.

There's a first-versus-second clash in today's 3 o'clock matches as Man City place their 100 per cent start to the campaign back on the line as they travel to face an in-form Crystal Palace side.

Elsewhere, Arsenal will host Stoke at the Emirates, Bournemouth visit Norwich while Watford go up against Swansea and Southampton are away to West Brom.

Today's late kick-off in the Premier League is a half-five start at Old Trafford where Manchester United and Liverpool will renew their rivalry.
