Kilmurry Ibrickane made history by becoming the first side to win five Cusack Cups in a row.

The Bricks had to do it the hard way, going all the way to extra time before beating Clondegad 1-16 to 1-14.

Keelan Sexton goaled for the winners in the opening half, and that saw them lead 1-5 to 0-6 at the break.

Killian Brennan responded in kind for Clondegad after the restart, and the sides were deadlocked at the end of normal time.

They were still deadlocked at half time in extra time, before Podge McMahon pointed a free to leave the Ballynacally men a point ahead early in the final period.

Kilmurry then struck for three late points to ensure the win, and they add the Cusack Cup to the Senior B title.
