A Clare-based family carer’s representative has expressed extreme frustration over a lack of progress on commitments contained in the programme for Government.
The Family Carer Scorecard for 2023, which rates Government progress on the 18 commitments to carers found four had regressed, six had shown no progress and five had limited progress.
One of the commitments made by the Government were scored to have made good progress, while none were seen as achieved.
