Eurozone Finance Ministers are meeting in Brussels this morning to discuss the Greek crisis, ahead of a meeting of European leaders this evening.

It comes after the European Central Bank decided to maintain its emergency funding to Greek banks, which will remain closed until Thursday.

But there are stricter conditions – the ECB requires a higher level of collateral from Greece, because its government bonds are less valuable as the crisis continues.

The Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras will present a new reform plan to today's meetings.
