A major 1916 themed pageant will form part of the official opening of Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann in Ennis.
Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann has launched its '1916 Centenary Programme' which will see over 400 branches worldwide marking the anniversary of the Easter Rising.
Up to 400,000 people are expected to descend on the county town in August next year for the Fleadh which features "Seven Men, Seven Days" a pageant famously performed in Croke Park in 1916.
