Clare are almost guaranteed their place in the semi-finals of the National Hurling League.
Brian Lohan’s side fired the last three scores of the contest to beat Kilkenny by 0-19 to 0-16, which sees them maintain their unbeaten run in this years competition.

Kilkenny levelled the game on the 65th minute, but a trio of unanswered scores from Aidan McCarthy, Diarmuid Ryan and Peter Duggan secured Clare’s third win of the campaign.
Lohan says it was another positive performance and result for his side, with a final round against Offaly to come in Birr next weekend.
