There are fresh flooding concerns in south east Clare today as the flow of water though Parteen Weir is increased once more.
The ESB has confirmed it will be increased to 405 cubic metres per second due to the high levels of rainfall over the past few days in the Shannon catchment area.
Residents in Springfield Clonlara will be on high alert once more, with the situation to reviewed again tomorrow.
