SIPTU and HSE management will meet at the Workplace Relations Commission again today in a bid to avert a strike by ambulance drivers.
Last month ambulance drivers voted in favour of strike action in a row over pay and conditions.
SIPTU representatives met with HSE management and officials from the Department of Health yesterday but the parties were unable to resolve the dispute.
The potential strike has left members of the public concerned.
