Theresa McGrath,Francis Street, spoke to Gavin about her late Husband Tom (Community Carer across the County) who passed away in January this year –He was in care in Cahercalla the last week of his life he spent in Cahercalla surrounded by his family, Theresa says Cahercalla is like a home and wants to commend the care that patients and their family receive there.
