Modular Automation, which is based in the Smithstown Industrial Estate, is one of 53 firms shortlisted in this year's Deloitte Best Managed Companies Awards.
They recognise a company's performance in a range of areas, not just financial, and MOdular Automation is the only Clare nominee.
The winners will be announced in March.
