Clare’s stand in captain feels it’s crucial they put their league campaign behind them as the countdown begins to the championship opener.

The Banner avoided the drop to Division 1B with victory over Dublin in the relegation playoff thanks in part to second half goals from John Conlon and Tony Kelly.

Limerick provide the opposition on June 4th in the Munster semi final, and Ballyea’s Kelly says that’s what everyone will now be working towards.
