A Shannon Sinn Féin councillor has described his party’s motion of no confidence in the Health Minister as a last resort.
Simon Harris will face the vote in the Dáil chambers this afternoon, as controversy continues to surround the rising costs of the National Children’s Hospital.
It’s expected that he will be backed by his own party, while Clare’s Independent TD Dr Michael Harty, has said he will vote against the Minister.
