Overall, 15 players from the Banner contested the delayed decider that was temporarily cancelled following a venue mix-up three weeks previously.

Cathal Ruane was among the goal scorers for UL who were also overseen by Cratloe’s Joe McGrath and Banner’s Liam O’Reilly.
McGrath says he was impressed with the four Clare players involved for them.
