Clare Receives One Of Highest Levels Of State Funding For Illegal Dumping

New figures have revealed that Clare receives one of the highest allocations of state funding to tackle illegal dumping in the entire country.

The figures, released by the Environment Minister, show that some €403,000 has been allocated to this county since 2017 to combat the issue.

Only Dublin and Cork City Councils, as well as Dun Laoighaire-Rathdown County Council in Dublin, received more funding for this purpose.
