The local community in Kilmurry have expressed outrage after a number of signs in the village were graffitied.
Five signs were defaced at Hannon’s cross and two chevron signs were damaged on the exit from village.

The road signs were marked with a Nazi symbol as well as crude images of male genitalia.
Carmel Carey, member of Kilmurry Tidy Towns says the timing of the incident is unfortunate with adjudication for the competition already underway.
