After realising Daragh was in significant pain in August, the Mannion’s visited UHL where he was diagnosed with an acute oral issue that would require treatment under general anaesthetic.

However the family have not unable to access care in the public service so far and to date have shelled out €13,000 on medical bills in the private sector.

Michelle says Daragh is being forced to suffer in silence due to a broken system.
