A mental health and wellbeing conference is set to take place in Shannon next week.
Clare-based handmade soap company Airmid has organised the event which will be held in the Hope Café in the Shannon Town Centre next Friday January 12th.

Speakers who will be present include Azim Khamisa who’s been hailed by the Dalai Lama, Al Gore and Bill Clinton, and renowned psychotherapist Robert Carley.
Keynote speaker at the conference Dr Mary Honan believes instilling hope in those suffering from issues relating to mental health will be a primary goal next week.
