Clare County Council has given the green light for a new glamping site in East Clare.
An application was lodged with the council last year to develop six glamping pods on a 2 hectare site at Lackenbawn, Killaloe.
The proposed development received one objection from the public, but was given the go-ahead, subject to a number of conditions.
Permission has also been given for a toilet block, car parking area, vehicular access, wastewater treatment plant, and ancillary site works.
