The Australian Ambassador to Ireland says he’s looking forward to exploring ‘common challenges’ between the two countries ahead of his visit to Clare.
Gary Gray, who took up the role in August 2020, will be speaking to the Clare branch of the Labour Party at the Old Ground Hotel in Ennis.
It’s not the Ambassador’s first visit to this county, having met Aussie Rules footballer Ailish Considine’s family in Kilmihil two Christmases ago.
The former Australian Tourism Minister says there are many political crossovers between Ireland and his home country.
