It will be a little easier to qualify for social housing in the Banner County from today.
Eligibility thresholds in Clare & across the country have been increased by €5,000.
This means income earners of up to €35,000 per annum will now be eligible to apply for social housing here.
The new income limits are now in place nationwide with all local authorities having updated their application forms and systems.
