On Tuesday’s Morning Focus Alan was joined live in studio by Ennis native, golfer Aine Donegan.
Aine is getting ready for the biggest sporting challenge of her life because in just a couple of weeks, the Lahinch Golf Club member will make her debut amongst the pros, when she competes in the US Women’s Open at Pebble Beach.
Aine will be teeing it up alongside some of the biggest names in the women’s game in California from July 6th to 9th , including Ireland’s Leona Maguire.
The Ennis native spoke to Alan about her pathway to being selected for the US Women’s Open, her experience attending university in the United States and much more.
