Members of the public are being encouraged to give their input on how Clare’s library services can be enhanced.
Following an online consultation process, Clare County Council is running a number of focus groups ahead of its Clare Library Development Plan for 2023 to 2027.
The plan will “shape the development of Clare Libraries’ services and facilities over the next five years” and will incorporate contributions from stakeholders such as the ETB, Childcare Committee, Older People’s Council of Clare as well as library staff and members of the public.
Senior Librarian Cora Gunter says consultation is important in order to find out how more people can be encouraged to use the county’s library services.
