The Clare Leader Forum claims the disabled community have been set back years by support shortfalls in Budget 2024.
As part of measures introduced in this years package, all core social protection rates have been increased by €12 per week.
However a previous analysis conducted by Indecon consultants found that the disabled community face additional cost of living expenses in excess of €200 per week.
