The chair of Clare Handball is praising the work of all involved in the sport in the county following the hosting of the National 4-Wall Championships in the Banner.

This weekend saw over 370 games played across 9 different venues in the county, with the action culminating in the Men’s Open Final in Tuamgraney.

It was a dream finish for clubman Diarmaid Nash, who captured a National title on his home court for the first time.

Chair of Clare Handball Tommy Hegarty says the event would not have ran as smoothly as it did without a huge amount of work behind the scenes.
