In 2022, 87 people in Clare were treated for drug addiction for the first time.
Help is out there and one such group that can offer help is Clarecastle Narcotics Anonymous Group.
On Wednesday’s Morning Focus, Alan Morrissey was joined live in studio by David, who is a member of the group. He shared his brutally honest life story of addiction and hardship.
