Fitzgerald Confident Clare Are Building Momentum For Championship Opener

One of Clare’s key men feels they are starting to build momentum toward the opening round of the Munster hurling championship.

It’s after Brian Lohan’s side continued their unbeaten run in the National League with victory over Kilkenny, and will secure top spot in the Group A standings if they avoid defeat to Offaly next weekend.

Limerick come to Cusack Park for the first round of the championship in just under 6 weeks time, with Clare going to Supervalu Pairc ui Chaoimh seven days later.

2022 All Star David Fitzgerald says everything they do is geared toward being ready for that April 21st opener.
