A stalwart of Clare Ladies Football is hoping to hit the ground running in the All-Ireland championship this weekend.

Wayne Freeman’s charges get their Intermediate campaign underway on Sunday at 1.30pm with a trip to Clones to take on Monaghan.

The Banner will be hoping to go one step further than last year, when they lost out to Kildare by the minimum in the All-Ireland final.

Liscannor women Roisín Considine who’s currently plying her trade with Tír Chonaill Gaels in London and travelling home to participate in the Clare setup, says they’re determined to go the whole way.
