Pre-deceased by his parents Michael and Ellen (nee Vaughan), his sister Mary, his twin Ann and his nephew John. Survived by his niece Ann, nephew Leo, grand nephews and relatives. Pat will be missed by his many friends in Ennistymon and by his fellow residents and the staff of Ennistymon Community Hospital.

Reposing at the Cullinan & Nestor Funeral Home on Saturday, 3rd August from 5pm to 6:30pm with removal to Our Lady & St Michael’s Church, Ennistymon. Funeral Mass on Sunday, 4th August at 12:30pm, followed by burial at Killaspuglonane Cemetery. House private please. Family flowers only. Messages of sympathy can be emailed to [email protected].
