Potential impacts include localised flooding and difficult travelling conditions.
The alert, which also covers Galway, Cork, Kerry, Leitrim, Mayo, Sligo and Donegal comes into effect at ten o’clock tonight and remains in place until ten o’clock tomorrow morning.
