A Kilrush native who twice found herself homeless over the last decade has managed to turn her life around and is now one of just three practitioners of Spinal Flow Technique in Ireland.
Rachel Brennan, a mother-of-four, also battled lengthy periods of ill-health, but began the journey on the road she continues to travel to this day, by going to college in her late 40s and earning a degree.
Rachel also works as a relief worker in social care supporting women and children who experience domestic violence.
