The Tulla man beat Mayo’s Ian McLoughlin 21-20 21-3 to become Clare’s third winner today.

Earlier Fergal Coughlan Jr and Caitriona Millane clinched the Men’s and Ladies Doubles crowns respectively.
Clooney’s Fergal Coughlan Junior went to a tie break this morning before beating Antrim’s Jordan O’Neill 21-18, 15-21, 21-15 to win the All-Ireland Men’s Junior title.

And Broadford’s Caitriona Millane was in dominant form beating Galway’s Eimear Ni Bhiadha in straight sets to secure the All-Ireland Ladies Junior Crown.

But there was defeat for Mark Rodgers who lost in three sets in the All-Ireland Minor Final to Monaghan’s Eoghan McGinnity.
