The Cork side came out on top by 1-16 to 0-16 in a game that took extra-time to decide.

The Limerick outfit were captained by Kildysart’s Emmet McMahon, who landed 0-4 for his side over the course of the contest.
Kilmihil’s Ciaran Downes notched 0-2 for UL, with five other Clare men also part of the panel.
