Clare’s U20 football manager is welcoming changes to the Munster U20 football championship structures for 2024.
The competition is moving from a straight knockout format, with a two-part round robin format now being introduced.

It will see Clare take on Limerick, Waterford and Tipperary, with the top two going forward to take on Cork and Kerry in another round robin to determine the finalists, while the third and fourth placed teams will contest the U20B final.
Miltown’s Michael Neylon says it is a positive move for all concerned.
