The first team of the post Colm Collins era sees two new faces on the starting 15, as Eire Og’s Gavin Murray and Kildysart’s Diarmuid O’Donnell line out in the county jersey.

Stephen Ryan is a familiar fixture between the posts, with Cillian Rouine at full back, alongside Manus Doherty and Ronan Lanigan.

Alan Sweeney anchors the defence at centre back with Murray starting on the wing while Micheal Garry completes the half back line.

Brian McNamara makes his return from injury to partner Daniel Walsh at midfield.

Ciaran Downes, Emmet McMahon and Dermot Coughlan make up the half forward line, with the Griffin duo of Shane and Aaron joining Diarmuid O’Donnell in the inside line.

More debuts are likely from the bench, with the likes of Josh Guyler, Darren O’Brien, Ciaran McMahon Eoghan Casey and Diarmuid Fahy among the matchday squad, while the returning Kieran Malone and Einne O’Connor along with Mark McInerney provide the experienced cover.

The game will now be played on the astro turf in Clarecastle on Wednesday evening at 7pm, with the original venue in Cooraclare now unavailable due to recent heavy rainfall.
