Clare’s Shane O’Donnell has been nominated for the GAA-PWC Hurling Player of the Month Award for April.
The Eire Óg clubman provided a point and assisted a goal during the Banner’s defeat to Limerick in the first round of the Munster Championship, before raiding for 1-01 in Clare’s second round victory over Cork.
Wexford’s Lee Chin and Limerick’s Seán Finn have also been nominated for the award.
While on her return from AFL duty, Kilmihil’s Ailish Considine has earned a nomination for the Ladies Gaelic Football Player of the month following a haul of 1-02 on the way to claiming National League honours over Roscommon.
