One of Avenue United’s key men feels their conditioning stood to them as they captured a second Clare Premier Division title in the last three seasons.
Two second half goals through Jamie Roche and Eoghan Thynne saw the Ennis side beat Newmarket Celtic 3-2 to clinch the crown with a game to spare.
